Quality and Batch Documentation
Agree the acceptance criteria before supply. Review identity, analytical scope and traceability against a batch-specific specification.
Identify the material
A name or CAS number is a starting identifier. Confirm salt form, modifications, composition, intended use and the agreed specification. Public catalog reference data does not replace a batch certificate.
Define the analytical scope
Discuss identity and purity methods, where applicable. Assay, content, residuals, microbial attributes and stability requirements are distinct questions; the appropriate tests are agreed for the product.
Review a genuine batch record
Request the actual lot number, test date, applicable method and acceptance criteria. A COA should describe the tested material and its batch. We do not publish fabricated results or generic certificates as batch evidence.
Document requests
Request COA, SDS, available analytical records and export-document information for a defined item. Sensitive documents are supplied after business and product review. Download our document-request checklist to prepare a complete request.
